Washing Rice and Grains with Kangen Water®
Have you ever noticed a strange, cloudy residue when rinsing rice? That's a mix of starches, dust, and sometimes chemical residues from processing.
For cleaner, better-tasting grains, wash your rice with Kangen Water® (9.5 pH). Rinse the rice two to three times in a bowl, stirring gently each time, and replacing the water between rinses.
Kangen Water® helps remove impurities more effectively than tap water and enhances the texture and sweetness of the grains during cooking.
The result? Rice that’s lighter, fluffier, and bursting with natural flavor, making every meal feel like a special occasion.
Storage Tip:
Store cleaned, uncooked grains in airtight containers in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Cooked rice should be cooled quickly and stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container, where it can stay fresh for up to 4–5 days.
